How do I reserve a machine?

You can call us at 832-356-9211 or fill out the reservation request form on the website. A $75 deposit is required to hold all reservations. Your credit/debit card will be charged $75 once reservation is confirmed. The deposit will be subtracted from your remaining balance due. Your credit/debit card will be charged the remaining balance of the rental 2 days prior to delivery. Filling out the request form does not assure rental. You must receive a confirmation email.

How many drinks will each mix make?

Each mix when combined with alcohol yields about 65 servings of 8 ounce drinks.

How much margarita mix should I get?

We provide extra mix with every rental. If used, each additional mix is $20.00. If the mix is unopened we simply pick it back up at no cost. We recommend a bottle of mix for every 35-45 people.

Does Frozen Fusion provide alcohol?

No. You must provide all alcohol needed. Please make sure that you have the required amount of alcohol at the time of delivery to ensure a hassle-free setup.

What is the initial freeze time for the frozen drink machine?

The initial freeze time for the frozen drink machine is 45 minutes at room temperature.

Can the machine be used outdoors?

Yes. Our commercial grade frozen drink machine can be used outdoors, but must be placed in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.

Do we have to clean the machine?

No. We sanitize the frozen drink machine after each rental. All you have to do is enjoy it.

What are the electrical requirements?

The frozen drink machine must be plugged directly into a dedicated 110v outlet.

When will the machine be delivered and picked up?

We will contact you one day prior to your event to schedule your delivery time. Any missed scheduled deliveries may result in a non-refundable cancellation. We will pick up the machine the following day and will arrange a pick up time with you upon delivery.

How long is the frozen drink machine rental?

All rentals are for one day. Each additional day is $50.00
